Each session starts with a warm-up and stretching, followed by focused training on techniques such as submissions or strikes. In the Basic Training Program, you’ll improve your skills without full-contact sparring, but with the help of a partner for certain techniques. To round it all off, each class ends with a strength and conditioning session to boost your physical capabilities.
